Heart & Soul Martial Arts Society World Tae Kwon Do Martial Arts School and Fitness Society located in Fruitvale BC. Free introductory classes are offered for all programs!

Have fun and learn practical martial arts and fitness from Kukkiwon Certified 5th Degree World Tae Kwon Do Master Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer, and Insanity Live Instructor. Get in shape and have fun with one of our fitness classes, such as Insanity or circuit style boot camps. At Heart & Soul we pride ourselves in our family environment offering fitness and fun for all ages and abilities.

We are having Drop-ins through Spring Break! Bored at home with nothing to do? Check out what we are doing that week at the YAN 👀

We are also taking signups for CBTs First Steps Workshop! This is a great skill-building program where you can learn how to become a leader in your own community with your friends. (Great for resumes!)

To incentivize youth to register, we are going to end it with an overnight camping trip at Kokanee Creek Park! You don't have to do the workshop to participate but due to us having limited space, we will prioritize those who do the program. If you aren't interested in this trip, you can also pre-register for a potential overnight trip we may do in September!
