✨ Meet Cara Hazelton ✨
Founder of Authentic Pilates Canada, LEAD Pilates Education, and owner of Precision Pilates Studios, Cara Hazelton is a 3rd generation Classical Pilates teacher with over 20 years of experience and more than 25,000 hours of teaching under her belt.
She holds a Master’s degree in Kinesiology and is the only Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT) in Atlantic Canada — bridging Classical Pilates tradition with modern movement science.
Cara trained under 2nd generation teacher Clare Dunphy in the mid 2000’s and was mentored by Jay Grimes, who studied directly with Joseph Pilates himself.
Cara’s mission? To preserve the integrity of the original Method while supporting the next generation of thoughtful, knowledgeable teachers.
