Fabulous class today! We didn’t get a group shot but we got a good picture with two of my yoga besties, with us wearing the Bend & Brews shirts. That was the former name of our group before we moved from Grimross to Picaroons. Speaking of change, I no longer need two yoga business pages, so I will merge this page into “Yoga by Kris” hoping that no followers get lost in the merge! Important post! Don’t skip…due to rain, Mother’s Day, and the Fredericton Marathon (which will make Picaroons very very busy and noisy), Yoga on Tap is cancelled for just this weekend only. The following week, we resume as usual and might move our yoga practice outdoors on the patio! Three cheers for that! 🎉🎉🎉
