Big changes coming for the 2026-27 season. Insanity Racing has acquired a new sled and it’s beautiful 🤩 we will be doing some upgrades over the summer in collaboration with ARB Tuning We are excited to see what this season will bring!!

Well this post is going to be a little different. It’s was a bitter sweet day for Insanity Racing. In a very sudden change of events we loaded up the sled and gear and headed for Martock Hill Drag. Most know hill drags are not our cup of tea. We ended up going rounds and Winning the title King of the Hill with 0 losses all day. The sled ran amazing, making consistant fast passes every run.

Now for the twist, we loaded up and put in our best effort for a race we usually wouldn’t do, to help show the ropes of running an outlaw snowmobile, to the new owner. Darcy is an awesome guy with some even more awesome kids, who was looking to get into the game, and is now the proud owner. It was a great day to start off his outlaw career, and I know he’s going to keep this sled running top notch in the future.

Details on what the future holds are yet to be ironed out for Insanity Racing, but know this isn’t the end, it’s just a new chapter.🏁

A last note, Martock Hill drag, although hill drags are not our cup of tea, I will say Your crew, from organizing the event, running the event, announcing, keeping the day moving, every aspect, was one of the most organized, well run races I have seen. Hats off to the organizing team.

A great day at Eel River Drags. We battled setup to get the sleds to stay down with the amount of traction early in the day, the outlaw made some great power but ultimately we struggled to get the power to the ground, the Pro-55 battled hard but an older track, mixed with track conditions, we lost a lot of studs, ultimately we managed to make it to the finals in Pro-55 and Outlaw, but the more studs we lost, the more we lost every round, all things considered we’re happy with 3rd in both classes, and had a blast all day!!

A great day at the second annual BBR 500. We had a great day and learned a few things along the way. The day was getting long and we ended up in the finals for Outlaw and Pro-55 with the same competitor, both teams decided due to track conditions deteriorating and the time of day, to run 1 round winner takes all for both classes. In a very close race we ended up taking the win.

We made the best of a snowy cold windy day. We’re excited and feel like we are sitting in a good place to move into Eel River Crossings race in a couple weeks!!

🏁 In a last minute change of plans, the team has decided to head to Barts & Beaton raceway, it’s a close race to home which are few and far between, and it only feels right to support what little local racing we have left!!

Time to load the trailer, and get some sleep!

The team loaded up last weekend and made a run for Outlaw, in Beauceville,Qc. The day didn’t go as we’d hoped. The sled ran great all day, but the start line was extremely icy. Not a condition we expected to see. We struggled to get traction, but ultimately found the power / traction balance we needed, but missed our mark on the suspension causing us to wheelie and ultimately ending our day.

This weekend, the team wanted to find more, and find answers and solutions to the issues we were having. Suspension being the main focus. By the end of the day times improved and the sled is running flatter and very manageable!!

The team is very excited to see what March 7th in Eel River!!
