We are combining two special events - completing the second CrossFit open workout AND celebrating the first year of Grit & Grin Fit at our next Friday Night Lights - this Friday, March 6 starting at 5:00pm!! 🥳

We opened on March 1, 2025 and are truly so amazed and overwhelmed with joy and gratitude by all of the ways that our incredible community has grown since then.

We are excited to announce that G&G will be hosting FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS ✨ this Friday, February 27 starting at 5:00pm to do CrossFit Open Workout 26.1!! 🥳 Anyone is welcome to come and do the workout, or come and cheer (no punchcard or membership required)!! The Open is always a great opportunity to bring people together for an awesome mix of working hard and having fun!

The theme for this week is: TROPICAL/HAWAIIAN ☀️🐠🌴 It’s time to brighten things up a little bit - get ready for some much needed “fun in the sun”!
