The Capital City Rollers are Fredericton’s only women’s flat track roller derby league. Founded in 2010, the Capital City Rollers promotes the progressive growth and sustainability of women's flat track roller derby as a COMPETITIVE SPORT by implementing an ATHLETIC approach. The Capital City Rollers adheres to the principles, guidelines, and regulations of the Women's Flat Track Derby Association

(WFTDA). This sport is a full contact, high speed game played by women who skate fast and hit hard. Our home team, the "Spitfires", compete against other teams in Atlantic Canada, Quebec and Maine throughout our bouting season.
