Our last 5-week Women’s Only BJJ program was such a success… we’re running it back 🙌

We’re excited to announce our next intake of the 5-week Women’s Only Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program at Synergy BJJ!

This 5-week beginner-friendly program is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of BJJ with a strong focus on practical self-defence in a supportive, welcoming environment.

We had a great time hosting a fantastic group of local Cub Scouts at Synergy BJJ earlier this week for an introduction to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and self-defence. The kids brought great energy, focus, and enthusiasm to the mats, and it was a pleasure sharing some fundamental skills with them. Thanks to the scouts and families for coming out — we loved having you at the academy! 🥋💪 ✌🏽
