If you live in Canada and are 18 years of age or older you need to give this class a try. We have all types of fitness levels that attend and I show a low and a high impact version for most of the songs. You can find us on Zoom every Monday night from 7-8 pm and for every $5 donation, I will feed two children on your behalf through the Boaz Global Organization. The more participants, the more kids

we're able to feel so invite your friends. If you're interested, send me a message for the private link to our class. We hope you decide to come and dance like no one is watching (and now no one is because you're in your own living room).

What a fun night and I can’t believe so many of you came out to party this close to Christmas.

Because you danced, we raised $341 🎉🎉Thank you to the Fredericton Christian Academy for the use of your space and for helping us make a small difference this Christmas for a local family.

Where is the money going? A few weeks ago I met a wonderful woman who recently left her abusive husband and moved to Fredericton to find a safe place for her and her children. She has no family here and last I heard, was still looking for work. My heart is telling me she could really use some encouragement and support from some amazing women. Appreciate you all so much and Merry Christmas ❤️

I’m sad to say I need to cancel this month’s fundraiser as I’m unable to use the gym. I’m thinking of other ways we can support the food bank so stay tuned for updates in May.

Last night was powerful and if you were there you know exactly what I mean. Just before class started, many of us heard that our friend Ruth had passed that afternoon. Thank you to everyone who showed up or email transferred. We raised $934 to help her children with their travelling expenses to come to NB and be by her side. A special thanks to Sue who volunteered to say a prayer for her friends and family before class ended. It was beautiful. ❤️

I will post her obituary in the comments. If anyone is interested in attending and would like to go as a group, I think that would be nice.

Change of Plans – Zumba sister in need ❤️

It has come to my attention that a dear Zumba sister we all love, is currently in hospice. This Monday from 7-8 PM at 241 Canada Street, all donations will go directly to her family to help with time away from work and travel expenses to be by her side.

Our Story

Paused for the summer. Please see facebook posts for latest updates. Needing a girls night out? You may just want to give this a try. The adult classes are for women ages middle school and up. We have all types of fitness levels that attend so I show a low and a high impact version for most of the songs. Once a month we usually have a Glow stick Zumba party where we turn out the lights or an 80's theme. Dressing silly is highly recommended. We also have a Zumba gives back night where a portion of the money collected at the door helps others locally or globally that are less fortunate. This is a great night to invite a girlfriend and make a difference. Hope you decide to come out and dance like no one is watching. I think you will be glad you did.
