Saturday mornings at Journey Fitness Studio = FUN 🔥

We kicked things off with a 30-minute Wildcard class that brought the energy with cardio aerobics… and of course, we had to finish with a game of funnel tag to keep those heart rates up (because why not make it fun?! 😄)

And we didn’t stop there…

Our strength class brought the burn in the best way. We hit our core using weights, bands, and Pilates balls, then wrapped it all up with some team challenges that definitely brought out a few competitive sides 👀💪

Good vibes, lots of sweat, and plenty of laughs — that’s what we call a successful morning!

Proof that workouts don’t have to be serious to be effective… just show up, stay consistent, and enjoy the process.

✨ Once you've been cleared by your doctor, regular exercise can help rebuild strength, support recovery, and boost confidence.

✨ Taking care of yourself isn't selfish—it's essential. A healthy, happy mom benefits the whole family.

Motherhood comes with a lot of changes, but movement can help you find balance, reconnect with yourself, and feel strong through every stage.

💙 Our Mom & Me Fitness program runs in 4-week sessions, but if you'd like to get started right away, send us a message—we'd love to help you jump in and get moving!

Konga Friday brought the ENERGY tonight at Journey Fitness Studio 🔥

This class is always such a fun sweat session—and honestly, it’s for everyone. Whether you’re just getting started or you’ve been with us for years, Konga mixes it all together… dance, arms, pop, plyo, hip-hop, boxing, afrobeats, squats—and somehow makes it feel like a party instead of a workout 💃

Lights down, music up, good vibes all around… this is what group fitness is all about. Working out should be FUN, and tonight was exactly that 🙌

We also got to celebrate something really special—Lisa’s 9 YEAR anniversary with us 🥳 Nine years of showing up, choosing her health, and never looking back. We are so lucky she chose Journey Fitness to be part of that journey ❤️
