Welcome to my coaching page! My name is Jessie and I’m a certified personal trainer focused on women’s fitness/strength training!
I have over 8 years of weightlifting experience and knowledge in the gym. I’ve had my certification for a couple of years now, and after creating a fully equipped private studio I’m ready to take on some more female clients 💪
My goal is to make women feel more confident and comfortable in the gym, and to help them become the best versions of themselves!

Single hour sessions are $40.00, personalized to your wants and needs! I also have weekly and monthly plans available! Located in Beaverdam, NB 📍
