Lack of Energy
Do you ever feel like you don't have any energy to do anything? All you feel like doing is laying on the couch and watching TV?
It could be related to the foods you are eating.
Eating unhealthy food like fast food, although tasty, will likely leave you feeling tired and depleted of energy.
These foods usually contain unhealthy fats & carbohydrates, and are typically very low in essential nutrients the body needs. Not to mention the numerous chemicals that are put into these foods.
This is why after you eat them you usually don't feel so good, and have a lack of energy.
On the other hand when you are eating healthy, nutritious foods, you will feel good after consuming them.
Although your stomach may be full, you will still have lots of energy to do things.
