The end is the beginning. Today marks 6 weeks of small group learning the basics of weights. As a bonus for making it through these 6 weeks the next two Wednesday stretch classes are yours to try for free. Next week launches into what I’m calling Fit Mix 360. Comprehensive multi faceted ways to move our bodies. This will lead us right to xmas break and a winter “event”. You do not have to pre pay for these next weeks. Simply sign up or text or let me know somehow you’d like to attend the class. Pay for punch cards or simply drop in. I guarantee a few surprises, a whole body experience and a fitness family that is supportive. You guys have been amazing and I look forward to 360. The below pic was generated with AI.
