Strength training becomes even more necessary during certain life stages, not less.

Pregnancy, postpartum, the years when your kid is small and your body is doing all the carrying. Those are the stretches people most often step back from lifting, and they're the ones where being strong pays off the most.

Fort Strength runs private sessions built for exactly that:

Mommy & Me Powerlifting. Baby comes with you and stays with you, in the carrier beside you while you lift. No childcare to arrange, no rushing home.

Pre & Postnatal Strength. Coached by someone with CSEP pre/postnatal certification, built around what your body is actually doing.

Youth Powerlifting. Proper coaching for younger lifters, focused on good movement and confidence under the bar.

Book as a group and it's your session, your people, up to 9. Grab a few other parents, or bring the whole family.

Opening September at Market Square. Pre-booking now. Visit the booking link here: Strength training becomes even more necessary during certain life stages, not less.

Although I'd loooove to have you at my new gym, I know that's not everyone's life right now.

Some of you don't live in Fort Sask. Some of you work eight hours, come home, and have 45 minutes and a set of dumbbells in the garage. Some of you have the motivation already, you just need the plan.

That's why I coach online.

It's cheaper than in-person, it fits around your actual schedule, and you train in your own space with whatever you've got. A few dumbbells and a band goes a long way when the programming behind it is smart.

And it's still custom. Every program is written for one person:
◾ Corrective work for cranky backs, shoulders, knees, desk posture, coming back from injury
◾ Powerlifting, whether that's meet prep or just heavier numbers
◾ 55+ strength for bone density, balance, and staying independent
◾ Home programs built around your space and equipment

Self-guided app access $25/mo · Full custom coaching $110/mo · Live virtual sessions over Zoom from $210/mo

Message me and tell me what you're working with.

Some days training is fast, clean, and everything lines up (and sometimes you get an applause!) . Some days it's slow, fumbling, and nothing seems to line up. The second kind of day still builds something. We show up for both types of days.
