The team was away for our final tournament of the year in Onoway, they ran away with the first game of the weekend against edmonton NW710 with a final score of 13-1, MVP of the game, Bastien Marion.
Our second game of the weekend vs the Airdrie Lightening we came away with a 5-3 W, MVP of the game, Lexi Allin.
The 3rd and final round robin game was a battle that was tied 4-4 until the final 1:30 when Red Deer got the go ahead goal to win it 5-4. MVP of the game, Jayden Bodner.
The gold medal game today brought us back up against Red Deer, and although penalties were not in our favour, and with heated emotions from both sides, the team was able to keep it together and hold the lead the entire game with a final score of 6-2. MVP of the game, with 5 of the 6 goals, Ryland Bock, affectionately known as six seven🫱🫲
