She’s here! Dani Hébert arrives today, and we’re ready to welcome her the Cornerstone way, with warm hearts and a room full of good energy🙏🏼💛✨

Dani is an international yoga teacher with 25 years of practice and 15 years of teaching in the Krishnamacharya lineage. She’s the co-owner of One Yoga Vancouver and founder of the Yoga Initiative and AURA Summit, launching in Vancouver and Toronto in 2027.

Her teaching goes beyond the shapes. It’s about how you breathe, how you pay attention, and what you notice when you slow down. Five classes, each one a different doorway in. Vinyasa krama, backbends, inversions, yin, pranayama, and a closing practice of philosophy and deep rest. All workshops are accessible to any level.

We start tonight. Come for one class or immerse yourself in the whole weekend.

November is a month that asks us to turn inward. We’re inviting you to turn up.

Our 30 Day Yoga Challenge returns November 1 - 30. The goal is simple. Show up as often as you can. Not a competition, but just to keep a promise to yourself.

This fall we’re adding something new. Every Sunday we’ll reveal a weekly theme, with journal prompts sent straight to your inbox. Bring them to class and see what opens.

Every class earns you a smiley face sticker on the challenge board. Watching that board fill up together is the heart of this whole thing 😍

We will have four prizes this year: attend 1 class, 10 classes, 15 classes, and a grand prize for 25+ classes.

Investment:

Dani is an international yoga teacher, entrepreneur, and community builder with 25 years of personal practice and 15 years of teaching in the Krishnamacharya lineage. She’s the co-owner of One Yoga Vancouver and founder of the Yoga Initiative and AURA Summit, launching in Vancouver and Toronto 2027.

She’ll be offering 5 classes across the weekend. Every session weaves asana, pranayama, chanting, and philosophy. A weekend built to challenge and restore in equal measure.
