I spent the first 3 years of my training journey doing way too much.

I was a sponge for everything I saw online and was constantly chasing the next "best routine or exercise." I thought more volume, more sweat, and more exhaustion meant more progress.

It didn’t. It just meant more fatigue.

Real progress doesn’t require a massive overhaul or a brutal workload. Building real strength requires precision.

Intention over intensity.

When you focus on how you move rather than just how much you can tolerate, your strength actually starts to change. Stop chasing the burn and start chasing ex*****on.

I robbed myself of many joyful years by avoiding discomfort.

I was overweight, moving hurt, I hated myself, and running for more than 30 seconds at a time... 😂

My life falling down around me one piece at a time was finally the wakeup I needed... and life kept sucking.

But something started to click... when I intentionally chose discomfort over immediate comfort, other things in life I normally dreaded started becoming "just another part of life."

And more than that... things that I used to actively avoid like daily movement, eating well, or having uncomfortable conversations, became the very things that gave me life.

Difficult doesn't mean impossible. It just means you have work to do...

So get to work, my friend.
