Take a moment to think about the people who make you feel supported, accepted, and appreciated. Maybe it's a family member, a friend, or a coach. And if someone comes to mind, consider reaching out and letting them know.

No regular classes on Monday, May 18th BUT we will do MURPH at 6:30am and 9:00am!

MURPH is a workout created in honour of Lt. Michael Murphy and is one of the most well-known Hero WODs in the CrossFit community.
