James is out of the hospital and recovering at home now. The road to recovery will be a long one, but at least it is underway.
He and his family sincerely appreciate the various expressions of concern, support, and well wishes from everyone. These things really do make a difference.
We’d like to take a quick moment to put to bed some rumors regarding prizes and the future of Calling Lakes Classic. Due to James’ rapid decline after the tournament which lead to his hospitalization, prizes did not go out as intended after the tournament. Those prizes are out now, and we sincerely appreciate the winners’ patience in receiving them. As for the future of the Calling Lakes Classic, the tournament will return September 1st and 2nd of 2023. (FYI the other tournaments will return on their weekends next year as well.)
