Tonight was the first time I've had a competition match against a brazilian jiu jitsu black belt. And it could not be against someone I have more respect for than Randy Mahon thank you sir for taking the match.

Thank you jiu jitsu for testing me tonight, for pushing me, for teaching me not to give up when times are tough. Sometimes, victory is closer than it seems.

Never have I ever wanted felt the urge to scream in celebration after a win more than tonight.

Dear martial arts gods, give me the strength to keep my ego in check after this win.

Ps always remember to show respect to your opponents whether you win lose or draw
