Starting this season, classes will run Monday through Friday. Below are the details and eligibility for each class:

Kids Class (Ages 7–11): Open to all belt levels within this age range.

Kids Competitor Class (Ages 7–11): Designed for students aiming to compete in tournaments. As a general rule, a yellow belt or higher is required to join.

Homeschooler Judo Class (Ages 7–11): Curriculum is identical to the Kids Class. (Currently under adjustment—further details will be announced as soon as the schedule is finalized.)

Teen / Adult Class (Ages 12+): Open to all members aged 12 and above.

Adult Class (Ages 18+): Open to adult members of all belt levels. U16 athletes holding a green belt or higher may join with prior coach approval.

Kosen Class (Ages 12+): Focuses on traditional rules including ground techniques (newaza) and leg grabs. Please note that instruction includes chokes and joint locks.

Open Mat: Held on an irregular basis depending on coach availability.
