Renu is nothing without our staff, our instructors (who are also almost all nominated this year — so proud), and most of all, this community. You are so much more than I ever dreamed of when I built this place.

Okay, these girls showed up this morning. 🤎

Run club is one of my favourite things we do here. It’s not about pace or distance, it’s just women getting together in the early morning and moving their bodies.

Okay, starting a little series, Did You Know? ✨
There's so much included in your Renu membership, and honestly, I don't think everyone realizes it.

First one up: getting ready.
You don't need to bring a thing. Blow dryers, curling irons, dry shampoo, deodorant, period products, hair ties, even bobby pins. We thought of it all, because that was the whole point. You come in, we take care of the rest. 🤎

Being a mom is the best thing I’ve ever done.
Being a mom while running a business is a different kind of push and pull. Constantly trying to grow something while also being present for the little people who matter most.

Some days it feels impossible to balance both well, but I hope one day they look back and feel proud of everything their mom built. 🤎

Here’s to all the moms out there doing their best for the people they love most!

We’ve partnered with .nutrition to gift one expecting mom in our community nourishing ready-to-go meals and a Renu membership to support her through this beautiful season of life.
