The battle lines have been drawn for the first Fort McMurray major of the 2026 season. With more than 80 players set to compete, the strength and depth of the field is on full display.

The stage is set for today's RBC Scramble Local Qualifier at Miskanaw Golf Club.

It's fitting that a day that feels more like a Cape Breton Nor'easter than Northern Alberta is the day players begin their journey toward the National Championship at Cabot Cape Breton.

Good luck to all participants as they look to punch their ticket to the Regional Final and keep their national championship dreams alive.

This is local players’ first step toward punching their ticket to the national finals at Cabot Cape Breton - one of the most breathtaking stages in Canadian golf. Teams will battle through local and regional qualifying for the chance to compete against the country’s best teams in the RBC PGA Scramble National Final.
