While your kid is on the mats, the gym is open for you.
Dumbbells, rack, med balls, ropes, treadmill and a sauna.

Same building. Same class time. You train while they train. 💪

We built it that way on purpose. Kids get their session. You get a window to work on yours. 🙏

🏆 What an incredible World Master Championship experience!

This year, The Fort sent our biggest World Master team yet, with 20 competitors stepping onto one of the biggest stages in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Together, our team brought home EIGHT medals:

🥇 1 Gold
🥈 4 Silver
🥉 3 Bronze

But as always, this trip was about so much more than medals. It was about challenging ourselves, supporting our teammates, sharing the highs and lows of competition, and representing Fort McMurray on the world stage.

We’re incredibly proud of every athlete who stepped onto the mats and everyone who made the trip to support the team. Preparing for and competing at this level takes commitment, courage, sacrifice, and a willingness to Do Hard Things.

Every event is special in its own way, and this one was no different. These are the experiences and memories that make all the hard work worthwhile. There’s no way to show you in just 20 photos, you’ll just have to join us next time.

We can’t wait for the next challenge, the next adventure, and the next opportunity to experience that competitive team spirit together. 🖤🥋

And of course, a special thank you to Potential Athletics for getting our team ready. Our fitness was felt and shown throughout the competition, and all the work put in leading up to Worlds made a difference when it mattered. We couldn’t do it without you. 💪

🔥IBJJF American Nationals🔥

The Fort sent 5 competitors to Las Vegas for this event. 3 experienced Adults and 2 Youth enjoying their first international competition.

Thank you to the parents who have committed their time and money to give these youth an opportunity to compete. From the North we know it isn’t as easy as it might be for others but that’s what makes it so much more special.
