I signed up for a 6 week YAP challenge recently.
Not because I'm lost or “need” another thing but because I never want to become the kind of woman who thinks she’s "arrived".
The second you believe you’ve figured it all out… is usually the second you stop becoming, growing & evolving.
I don’t build my life or my business around staying the same & I believe that there is always something to learn if you're willing to remove your "I know this already" hat.
That’s exactly what I teach & coach inside FGR too.
Real transformation doesn’t come from doing things perfectly. It comes from becoming the kind of woman who stays coachable, consistent & willing to be uncomfortable again & again.
The women who create results that last are rarely the ones who think they’ve mastered it all. They’re the ones still willing to be coached, challenged, to be wrong & grow.
If you can reach all your goals alone… they probably aren’t big enough.
Growth requires humility.
Change requires repetition.
Identity shifts requires staying open long after most people decide they’re done.
That’s the difference between information… & transformation.
And, if I'm honest, this particular process is already bringing up a lot more for me than I thought it would.
Standards over feelings,
Melissa
