You’ve thought about trying kickboxing.

Here’s your sign to actually do it.

Adult Kickboxing at Bowmans has room for new students, and you definitely don’t need experience to get started.

Give them something to look forward to after school!

Our 4–7 year old Taekwondo classes keep kids moving, learning, and having fun while building skills they can be proud of.

A workout where you’re actually learning something at the same time.

Kickboxing works your whole body while giving you new combinations and techniques to keep working on each class.

This Thanksgiving, we are grateful for the students, families, and instructors who make Bowmans Martial Arts more than a place to train.

Every class brings opportunities to learn, grow, support one another, and celebrate progress together.

Thank you for being part of our dojo family. We hope everyone enjoys a peaceful and happy Thanksgiving.

One new kick. One new skill. One little win at a time.

We love watching our youngest students realize, “Hey, I can do this!” 🥋

You don’t have to keep up with anyone else in the room.

Show up, work at your level, and get a little stronger every time you come back.

A little time away from the mats to enjoy Thanksgiving with the people who matter most. ❤️

Bowmans will be closed October 10 - 12. We'll see everyone back at training after the break! 🥋
