DRIP Dance Fitness with Nicole Join us at The Dancery - Fitness Studio & Event Venue 8224 Fraser Avenue! (and for 6 months in NL in 2011) 👯‍♀️ BootyBass is the name of the class.

We renovated an old warehouse into a beautiful space for us to dance ❤️

Instructing Dance Fitness classes in Fort McMurray since 2009! I have loved every class I’ve instructed up to this point, by I am so happy to finally have my own class! Booty because we work the Booty! And Bass because I love Bass �

Dancery because I happened to be listening to one of my all time favorite songs as I was try

ing to narrow down my choices. Family Affair by Mary J Blige. I just LOVE that song and it’s basically all of the things that are important to me for classes! All about having fun, letting loose, letting your body free, leaving your situations at the door, no drama, no hateration in this Dancery � It’s just perfect! I brought Zumba here in 2009, became the 2nd Canadian Vixen Workout instructor in 2017 then finally completed my Fitness Instructor Specialist Certification with CanFitPro in 2021! I’ve been dreaming about being able to create my own class with my own routines for so long. I am so excited the time is finally here! I just started in-person classes again on March 13th! Pretty much exactly 2 years after studios closed their doors in 2020. I can’t even explain to you how happy it makes me to see a room full of people dancing, having fun and getting a great workout in! I hope to see you at a class soon! Hey everyone! We’re going to have to have class a little earlier tomorrow! (Friday)

Sorry for the late notice but we have a big event tomorrow night and I really don’t want to cut it so close with set-up time.

If you can comment or tag anyone that planned to come tomorrow, that would be amazing and super appreciated 🙏🙏🙏

We’ll have class at 10am tomorrow instead of noon ❤️

What a great class last night! Barely a dry spot on my shirt 🤣 I heard someone say “so gross” coming from the bathroom and I was like oh no…what happened?! But it was just the girls laughing about how soaked they were too haha!

We’re doing it again at 10am!

Classes can be as intense or as low intensity as you want them to be! There’s always little things you can do to kick it up a notch, but you can always come and just move along to the music. There’s really no right or wrong, it’s whatever you need/want it to be 🤗

To see my name up there with fitness centers and dance studios means so much! They both have so many classes, options, trainers and instructors…and then there’s me lol! The class I’ve created is one of my biggest passions and the people that come to spend time with me week after week mean the world to me 🤗

Then to see my name as a finalist for best event planner?! 🥹 Thank you so much. I absolutely LOVE events and I hope everyone that celebrates here has the best experience ❤️

Then best market with our Sip & Shop?! So amazing! We all love this event so much! I actually got off of the phone with AGLC a little while ago and we’re working on an outdoor area for next month. We have such short beautiful summers…we want to spend as much time outside as possible 😍🥂
