As the end of August approaches, the Syncrude Aquatic Centre enters its annual shutdown⚠️🏊

Over the next few weeks, our pool operators will work on various projects throughout the space to ensure the aquatics centre remains in the best condition possible. Many projects take place during the shutdown all with the goal of providing a clean and safe environment for swimmers to enjoy!

Shutdown takes place from August 24th and will be scheduled to re-open on September 19th. To learn more about the shutdown visit our website and view our FAQ section of the amenities page.

The Hub Family Resource Centre was one of the non-profits & volunteer groups offering youth sport, recreation, social & cultural programs in the RMWB. They applied and recieved grant funding that went towards this amazing new playset.🫶

The deadline to apply for WB Kids funding is fast approaching! Submit you application before August 31 to rrcwb.ca/wbkids to be considered for this grant!
