It is with a heavy heart that the McMurray Rockets Hockey Club is announcing that we are unable to go ahead with a team for this upcoming 2024-2025 season.

This decision was not made lightly and we have explored as many options as possible. We just do not have enough players to move forward with a competitive team.

We feel this is the right choice to make now so families can prepare and plan accordingly for their player in the fall.

To our Rocket families and players, thank you! Thank you for an incredible season last year. For your commitment and love of the team! We appreciate you!

Although we won't meet on the ice as the Rockets, we look forward to seeing everyone around the rinks this winter and wish all the kids a great season ahead!
