Wanting to work with me but not sure which coaching option is right for you?

Your goals, lifestyle and the kind of support you’re looking for all matter when choosing the right fit.

I offer three ways we can work together:

💚 Become StrongHER | 8-week group coaching
🏋️ Private In-Studio Training | Hands-on personal training

Each offers a different coaching experience but the same focus on helping you build strength, improve your health and create habits that fit your life.

Swipe through for a closer look at each option.

Out here I can promise you the number on the scale is the last thing I’m thinking about…

I’m a whole lot more concerned about whether my lungs can handle the hills, whether my legs can carry me for miles and whether I’ve actually got the strength and endurance to do what I came out here to do.

And then there’s the mental side of it… being able to slow down, pay attention to what’s around you and just enjoy being out there without your mind constantly racing to the next thing.

I love hunting. I love exploring places like this, being out in nature and knowing that I can put food on our table from something I’ve worked for myself.

And I think that’s why I get a little frustrated with how much of the conversation around fitness comes back to weight and appearance.

Don’t get me wrong, there’s nothing wrong with wanting to lose weight or change how you look. But there’s so much more at stake than that.

I want to be able to keep doing the things I love for as long as I possibly can. And I want that for the women I coach too… whatever those things look like for them.

Because what good is spending all this time working on our health if we’re not also thinking about what we want that health to allow us to do? 🤎🍂

At some point, you need to look at WHY you keep ending up back where you started.

And that means looking beyond calories, meal plans and whatever diet is trending.

It means addressing the habits, behaviours and decisions that keep contributing to the same cycle. Understanding your eating patterns, your relationship with food, how you manage stress, your movement, and where your health actually fits into your everyday life.

It also means accepting that the fastest results aren’t necessarily the best results. Dropping 10–15 lbs in a matter of weeks means very little if the methods you used to get there aren’t something you can maintain.

The deeper work is figuring out what actually needs to change, what you’re willing to do consistently and how to make those changes without putting the rest of your life on hold.

Because if you’ve spent the last 15 years losing and regaining the same 10–15 lbs, the goal shouldn’t be another temporary drop on the scale. It should be making changes that allow you to lose the weight AND keep it off.

Fall food is just superior and I will die on this hill. 😍

Give me the soups, stews, chilli, slow cooked roasts… basically anything I can throw in a pot and let get better for a few hours.

Honestly… these are the kinds of meals I wish more people thought of when they think about eating well.

Not because they’re low calorie or some “healthier” version of the real thing. They’re just GOOD meals. Lots of protein, veggies, fibre, carbs, flavour… all the things that make food nourishing, filling and actually enjoyable to eat.

Because I don’t know about you… but a cold salad just isn’t calling my name right now.

Should I put together a whole fall comfort food meal guide with recipes like these? 👀🧡

Balance can quickly become a way to justify our choices and give us excuses.

“It’s about balance” can make almost anything sound reasonable… even when those choices are regularly working against what you say you want and are working towards.

Sometimes the problem isn’t balance… it’s our honesty and awareness around it.

Are we actually creating balance… or are we using the idea of balance to justify choices we don’t really want to question?
