The U11 Huskies wrapped up their tournament yesterday with a hard-fought 3–2 loss to the Olds Jr Broncos. But the tears shed weren’t about the score.

These girls left everything on the ice, playing with heart, determination, and pride. The emotions came from something much deeper, their final game together as a team this season.

This weekend marked the end of their ice time, but not the end of the friendships they’ve built. The bonds formed, the laughs shared, and the memories created will last for years to come.

Being a Husky is about more than hockey or travel — it’s about being part of a family… a pack. 💙

These girls grew together, learned together, and supported one another every step of the way. Husky Nation couldn’t be more proud of this incredible group.

As the season comes to a close, we can’t wait to see what next year holds for each of them. No matter where they go, they’ll always carry the Husky name with pride.

The U11 Huskies opened the morning with a hard-fought matchup against St. Albert, finishing in a 1–1 tie. Both teams battled relentlessly, with the only goals coming in the third period. A true grind from start to finish. Way to compete Huskies! 💪🐺
