I’m a bit late to post but had a great weekend celebrating Christine’s 50th bday!!! It was a surprise Mexican fiesta and she had no idea! 👍🏼Great catching up with old friends and making new memories!

Hey ! I hope this message reaches you all as it's been so long since I've posted in here!

I thought I better stop in as September is coming and I don't know if anyone has thought about it but bootcamp has been on my mind STEADY!

I'll get right to it!

I unfortunately will NOT be returning this September 2025 with classes.
I am not going to say that I am done, done, but for right now I can not start again come next month. That may change by January 2026, but of course I do not want to make ANY promises as that has not worked out so far in the past!

For anyone that is interested I will share "my why" in the Team Harty Facebook group in a more detailed post.

Let me just say that I am currently a different person than I was this time last year. I struggled getting back to things after shoulder surgery more than I expected. Lots has happened and I am in a different phase of life where things are simply changing. I look forward to positive changes and whatever the future may hold!

I miss ALL of you!💕

Great night seeing the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band on their farewell tour! They were the first band I ever saw as a young teen! I remember getting thrown a guitar pick and I was so excited as a young 14 year old girl who loved country music!

I missed out on meeting them when they came into the original “Fish Place” restaurant (where I worked) which used to be where the downtown Boston Pizza bar is now! I wasn’t working that night unfortunately.

Meeting them this many years later at the same venue (Centerfire Place formerly known as the Casman Centre)and getting another guitar pick, this time given to me was pretty cool and a little nostalgic. 💕

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!

I will get straight to the point as I know many of you are waiting for the news on what is happening with bootcamp for 2025.

While this is the hardest decision yet, (and not the best Christmas gift), I have to do what I know is best for me and therefore I will NOT be returning to bootcamp in January as originally planned. 😞

My recovery is still going good and I have no daily pain which is great so surgery was the right option for me.

Unfortunately however I am still not 100%. I have to put in more work.

I want to be 100% focused on my class and those in it when I return and right now is not that time. I do not like disappointing anyone so I apologize to those that were looking forward to starting fresh in January.

I absolutely enjoyed every class I instructed over the years and I hope that those that participated did as well.

In saying that, I also do NOT want to make any more promises as to dates that I will return.

For now Hart & Hustle Fitness is on HOLD!

I love teaching fitness as I want everyone to understand how being strong improves health, mobility and longevity, and while I do not know what the future holds, I do know that I still want to spread that importance.💯

Keep putting in the heart (Hart) and hustle to become the best version of yourself!😉

Have a great Christmas everyone! Use the rest of this year to make amazing memories with loved ones, and always take care of YOU!💯
