FM Ravens will be hosting a Spring Conditioning Camp, for players 12 and under, who are returning or new to the game.

First and foremost, football is the ultimate team sport. Keeping that in mind, players will be taught how to work together as a unit, while helping and encouraging each other along the way.

They will be coached in all positions; focusing on stance, footwork and technique. The players will also learn to properly throw a ball and receive a pass. We will teach “Safe Contact” drills with cushioned practice bags, and no one-on-one collisions on the field.

Practice will end each night, with a fun, non-contact, football related game.

The most important thing to the coaches and staff, is to get kids out on the field enjoying themselves, while learning the great game of football.
