Thanks to Ian and Nina for a smoking deal on a way back to fitness nutrition without a major dent in the billfold.

On a separate note, Ian personally guanteed 30lbs of fat loss, 40lbs of muscle gain and abs of steel in 6 months - 6 years. He also suggesed that I may end up looking like a woodtick with that composition.

I am a "flashfry a buffalo in 40 seconds" kinda guy but Ian keeps me in check with his knowledge and willingness to decimate my illogical ideas & notions of the subject matter I don't know.

Looking forward to blasting away the last 2 years of rusty build up and making the most of each (next) day that arrives.
