Good morning, everyone!
Thank you for entering into our last show of the season. The show grounds gates will be open at 7am, the show office at 8 am, and the show starts at 9 am. If anyone does manage to arrive early, I'm sure we can use a couple of hands to help with assmbling tents and banners (an opportunity to get in your volunteer hours!).
Your bridle number can be found on the Order of Go sheet (attached here).
Weather is forecasted to be a high of 23oC and it LOOKS like the rain will miss us. The wash station by the Richardson bldg is available - Please bring your own hose if you wish to hose down your horses. Do not hose down horses on the gravel driveway and please avoid hosing by the show office since we had some flooding at the last show. You can use these hoses for watering your horses. Potable water is available in the Richardson Bldg.
Attached is the map to the fairgrounds. Small trailer parking is available on the grassy areas by the lunging area and pavillion and the large grass area west of the competition ring is available for large rigs. We ask that spectators park their vehicles on the gravel areas. No vehicles will be permitted by the competition ring.
Biosecurity will be monitored. Please check your horse's temperature before you leave and report it at the show office when you check in. All horses stabled MUST record their horse's temperatures AM & PM on the stall sheets. Although we do not require you to send in your proof of vaccinations with your entry, we do ask that you have it readily available in case requested by officials.
Be sure to stop by the show office to pick up your goodie bags - plus treats for yourself and your horse! We will be selling Dressage Niagara hats again, both in the beach and baseball styles and we do have DN bridle numbers if you need an extra pair.
Keep cool and we'll see you Sunday!
