Since September 2021, has shown up week after week — committing to two semi-private training sessions and one group fitness class every single week.

No shortcuts.
No magic programs.
Just showing up, putting in the work, and trusting the process. 💪

Meet Paula 👋💪

Paula has been a dedicated Krush It member since August 2023, consistently showing up to our 6AM Group Fitness classes three times a week — and her commitment is seriously inspiring! 🌅🔥

Even after retiring this past year as a principal 🎉📚, she still sets that early alarm 🛏️⏰ and prioritizes her workouts like a true champion. That kind of discipline? Incredible. She definitely puts her mind to something and follows through; Since Jan 5th, she’s lost 12lbs! 👏

And she’s not just showing up — she’s getting STRONGER 💥
