✨ CLIENT SPOTLIGHT ✨
Taryn first walked through the doors at Krush it in January 2024, when she signed up for her very first 6-Week Challenge — and little did she know, it would be the kick-start to an incredible postpartum fitness journey. 💪🩷
During that first challenge, Taryn lost 9.2 lbs and 11.25 inches — and she’s since gone on to complete TWO MORE Krush it Challenges! 😉
But what she gained along the way has been just as important as what she lost. She learned the tools needed to create results that actually LAST:
🥗 Tracking macros & understanding her nutrition
📉 Using a controlled calorie deficit for sustainable fat loss
🚶🏻♀️ Prioritizing daily movement & walking
🏋🏻♀️ Falling in love with strength training
🍷 Substantially reducing her alcohol intake
🔥 And HOLY SH*T did this girl learn how to lift HEAVY!!
Watching Taryn get stronger has been one of my favourite parts of this journey. She has continued to push herself, adding weight to the bar and smashing PR after PR. 👏🔥
Her journey over the last 2+ years hasn’t been perfectly linear — because real life and real fitness journeys rarely are. But Taryn has proven time and time again that CONSISTENCY TAKES THE WIN. 🏆
From the first photo to the second:
🔥 42.7 LBS LOST
🔥 25.5 INCHES LOST
And this Momma of two is STILL putting in the work. She walks daily, completes two Semi-Private training sessions each week at Krush it, adds in Strength Training through Krush it Group Classes and/or her local gym when her schedule allows, tracks her calorie intake, and continues making choices that support her goals.
As her coach, I couldn’t be more proud of her. 🥹🩷 Not just because of the incredible physical transformation you can see in these photos, but because of the strength, discipline and resilience she has built along the way. Watching her confidence grow, seeing her realize just how strong she is, and watching her continue to show up even when life gets busy is what makes coaching so rewarding.
Taryn, you have worked your ASS off for this transformation — and you should be damn proud of yourself. 👏🔥
