I figured it was about time I made this post.

Next week I will be wrapping up with my last two personal training clients. I will no longer be taking clients or doing any personal training for the foreseeable future.

I work full time at Creighton Community School then between these two kids, we have hockey or dance almost every evening of the week!

I have loved my time doing personal training, the people I have had the chance to connect with and help over the past 15 years.

This definitely won’t be the end, I’m sure I will circle back to training eventually. It is the right decision for me and my family so that I have the time to be present and watch my kids do what they love!

As always, I appreciate you all and your support over the years! Thank you 🫶🏼🫶🏼

-we are working at switching over everyone’s banking to the new system, once done, the old system will be closed.

-if you use a void check for your membership payments, please contact us. You will need to switch to a credit card or Visa debit.

-we have a running list of those who are unable to use the app and will have a system in place for you! Otherwise everyone else needs to be swapped over to the new system by September 1st!

One second of every day in March ✨

We are hoping spring is around the corner, March has been another cold and snowy month. Hockey officially wrapped up. We’re making the best of it, while dreaming of bike rides and baseball/soccer season!
