We’re very sorry for the late notice, but with the long weekend and a number of cancellations, we’ve made the decision to postpone the Amr Ghoneim No-Gi Seminar.

We want to make sure we can have as many people as possible there to learn, train, and make the most of this seminar! 🥋🔥
