When the water is clear, the mountains are big, and the trout are looking up… you’d better have a dry fly ready.

These are the days we live for — long casts, explosive eats, big wild trout, and a drift boat sliding through some pretty spectacular country.

The Canadian Rockies are putting on a show right now. And yes… the dry flies are getting eaten. 😎

Two beautiful Westslope Cutthroat Trout, wild water, big skies, and the Elk Valley putting on a show.

Back in the saddle. 🇨🇦

After months in Patagonia, it’s been a quiet spring here on Instagram—but not on the river.

Fernie 2026 is in full swing, and I’m grateful to be surrounded by an incredible team that makes every trip possible.

Our guides are the faces on the water, but there’s an entire crew behind the scenes: shuttle drivers keeping the logistics moving, homemade lunches prepared with care, my wife making sure every detail comes together, and my daughter adding her special touch with homemade desserts. It’s truly a family business.

Together, we’re here for one reason—to give every guest an unforgettable day on the water.

Early mornings. Drift boats. Wild trout. Good people.

Thank you to everyone who continues to follow the journey and support this little dream we’ve built. We couldn’t do it without you.
