Adult Boxing Classes Start Tomorrow Wed. March 20th at CW Martial Arts Academy

Come and See why they call Boxing the "Sweet Science", and Train like a Fighter as you get in a Great Work out all while learning something new & fun!

Classes are Wednesday's 5:45pm - 6:45pm

There will not be any sparring of any kind during these classes.

FIRST 8 PEOPLE TO REGISTER WILL RECEIVE FREE HAND WRAPS!

These Classes, taught by former boxer Liz Zacharska of Fit in Fergus & Elora, will focus on Proper Boxing Technique & Fitness Conditioning. There will be Bag & Pad Work, but the classes will not have any sparring.

Classes to be held on Wednesday's 5:45pm - 6:45pm

Class Pricing = 1 for $15, 4 for $50, 6 for $70

Hand Wraps (required) can be purchased on Location for $8 - $10

(FIRST 8 PEOPLE TO REGISTER WILL GET A FREE SET OF HAND WRAPS!)

Gloves will be provided, and can also be purchased for those that want their own pair.

CW Martial Arts Academy is offering a Intro/Trial BJJ Class on Wed. Feb 21 @ 8:30pm.

This 1 hour long session will introduce students to the basic principles and techniques of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and is open to anyone aged 13 & up.
