It has been brought to our attention that some plugs from a recent batch of paint/epoxy have been cracking. If you find that you have a plug of ours that has cracked, please reach out to us and we can either refund you for your purchase, or replace them with new ones. We strive to put forth the best quality product we possibly can and we feel absolutely terrible that this is happening. We are trying our best to find out why this is happening so we can rectify this issue as soon as possible, and continue to provide you with a quality product. We stand by our product and we will do whatever it takes to ensure this does not happen again. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and hope you can stick with us until we get to the bottom of this issue. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
