Game 1 Recap: The Battle for the City
The opening chapter of the Niagara Quartermaster La Cosa Nostra Milscrim series delivered everything a true mob war promises. With 60 dedicated operators stacked on each side, both families put up an absolute clinic in tactical pressure and thematic roleplay, turning the AO into a fiercely contested criminal underworld.
From the jump, this game had it all when played in the true spirit of the theme. Streets were won and lost through high-stakes product deals with local NPCs, while both sides deployed slick mob tricks to lock down critical intel. Tensions peaked during a dramatic, failed summit between the family Bosses—a high-risk play for a massive financial advantage that ultimately went sideways, keeping the battlefield volatile.
A massive shoutout and thank you goes to our Bosses, Shayne and Luke, for stepping up, taking the reins, and leading their respective families into the gauntlet.
When the smoke cleared, it was clear that both sides came to bleed for every inch of concrete. But in this first chapter, the Moretti family wanted it just a little bit more, utilizing tight coordination to edge out a financial lead over the Falcone crew.
The Ledger (Financial Score After Game 1)
Moretti Family (Yellow)
$129,800
Falcone Family (Blue)
$114,150
The Falcone family is down, but with a margin this close, they are far from out. This is only Chapter 1—the war for the city has just begun.
