This Past Sunday 🔥

Drove to Windsor and back after having a scrap in the cage Rising Stars Events

Firstly I’d like to show respect to my opponent for bringing his all and for training hard for this event, it takes more than just courage to step into a cage and fight another human. Big respect Tony 👊

I was able to stay composed and showcase my technique this go around which I am so proud of.

I’m thankful to my coaches at Forge Martial Arts and Fitness and for the help from my homies at Soi Dogs 🙏

I’ve fallen completely in love with the sport and the competition, the hours of training, the sacrifice it takes… I couldn’t be happier.

I’m beyond lucky to have a supportive family, friends and my number one supporter/driver Erica Bak ❤️

On to the next one… the belt 😤

8 Years of Forge

I started this business out of pure passion, losing myself with my sickness and not knowing if I’d ever have a real job because of it was terrifying.

At 16 everything felt lost. But the crazy part of hard work and desire is that you can achieve more than you can even imagine. By 18 years old I was feeling myself again because of something as simple as picking up a slightly heavier weight each day and putting it down.

Each little increase of fitness brought me new perspective, confidence and determination to succeed not only with my health but in business as well.

My dad pushed me to take the dive into personal training, I’m glad he did because as I write this I now have a team of 5 amazing guys that help bring people’s health to the next level.

Not every person needs a 6 pack, but everyone needs to get strong and healthy. Over the years we have drastically changed so many lives. Some people who were in a path of no return being able to pick their grandkids up for the first time. Some kids who were on the path towards chronic illness turned into unstoppable warriors determined to beat their adversity.

Just want to say a big shout out to the Forge Family and my brothers who have helped create this incredible space.
