Show Hours:

Friday, April 22: 4 pm to 8 pm
Saturday, April 23: 10 am to 8 pm
Sunday, April 25: 10 am to 4 pm

Personal trainer certification, fitness instructor certification, kickboxing certification, over 1000 fitness, kickboxing, and personal training classes, fun days putting on game days at Fenelon child care, creating the Fenelon Falls Turkey Trot,

I loved every minute of it. It was fun because of you!

I moved to Peterborough and moved a buddy into my place. I have time now to heal injuries, do stuff during the week like curling and volleyball.

It is so strange not to be getting ready to greet you and help you work up a sweat.
