Sometimes I have to bust out the video for them to review their posture and Sprinting techniques (knee and elbow drives) proper lean, chest and eyes up that sort of thing.
And sometimes I just have to have the evidence when they argue they are doing good push-ups 🤣😂.
Progress not perfection. When I ask them how many push-ups they did on a max set to exhaustion and they say 27. I reply with how many were ya doing on week #1?
Answer - 7-12
It opens up the dialogue for me to have with them, so they understand how showing up consistently and putting in the work leads to improvement and that's when the light goes on and it was all worth it. Discipline,dedication, resiliency.
