📣 OFFICIAL NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC — OWNERSHIP ANNOUNCEMENT FOR ONYX FITNESS SOLUTIONS LTD. 📣

After nearly 12 incredible years, it’s time for a new chapter in the Onyx Fitness Solutions story — and we’re thrilled to share it with our community, the people who made this journey unforgettable.

When we first sat down in 2014 to write our business plan, a big part of our dream was:
👉 To be the “Cheers” of gyms — where everybody knows your name.
A place where bodybuilders and grandmas could work out side-by-side, where people felt welcome, supported, and at home.

Thanks to every member who ever walked through our doors, that dream didn’t just come true… it became so much bigger than we ever imagined. You helped us build something special — a space full of friendships, laughter, personal victories, and memories we’ll carry with us forever.

From day one, we loved teaching, coaching, and cheering on your success. We never expected Onyx to grow into what it is today, and we are endlessly grateful for the community who made it happen.

And now, we’re excited to share that Onyx Fitness Solutions has new owners: Neil and Veronica Fernandes. 🎉
These two are exceptional leaders with huge hearts, bold ideas, and a genuine passion for fitness and community. As they shared their vision with us, we knew immediately: Onyx is in the best possible hands.

Even better? They’re not wasting any time bringing fresh energy into the gym — brand new equipment will begin arriving as early as December 16! 🏋️‍♂️✨
It’s the first of many upgrades Neil and Veronica have planned as they take the Onyx dream to the next level.

To our members:
Thank you for trusting us, laughing with us, learning with us, and helping us build something truly one-of-a-kind. We’ll miss the relationships, the jokes, the early mornings, community events, and the shared wins. You made this more than a business — you made it a family. And while our roles are changing, we look forward to checking in and saying hello whenever we’re back in town.

I’ve spent over 15 years in the gym and have been active my whole life, growing up around horses and always on the move.

As a busy mom of three, I understand the challenge of making time for yourself - and I believe strength training is essential for every stage of life.

I take a holistic approach to health & wellness. After 10 years of owning a restaurant, I developed a deep passion for real, farm-to-table foods and living a balanced lifestyle.

I love helping clients of all ages build strength, confidence, and long term results - while showing that fitness and healthy eating can be enjoyable and sustainable!
