➡️ Do you want to join a friendly, supportive, accepting and like-minded community?

🧘🏻‍♀️ Yoga for Beginners: A 6 class once weekly series that will introduce you to the foundations of yoga. This series is for anyone brand new to yoga, looking for a gentle and educational class, returning students, or even regular studio members who are interested in getting back to basics.

✅ Cost for this series is $75 per person.
**If there is space remaining, drop in spots will be available for $15 per class.

🗓️ We begin on Tuesday Sept 9th and meet once a week each Tuesday at 6pm for 60min of investing in your health and peace of mind 💜

I will be away all week and off the grid starting today so no classes this week, but let’s kick off the new fall routine with a BIG BASH 🙌
