While we’re so excited for Meg as she continues to enjoy maternity leave with her beautiful new baby girl, we know she’s been greatly missed by so many of you over the past few months. 💕

We know the construction has made it much more difficult to access the gym, and we’ve definitely noticed a decline in the number of people coming through our doors each day. We’re very hopeful that tomorrow will be the final day and that normal access will be restored.

In the meantime, just a reminder that you can park in the Dollar Store plaza and walk over, as many of our members have been doing.

We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support of our small business. It means more to us than you know, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back with easier access very soon!

Ted has been putting in the work, and it’s paying off! Through consistent exercise, his lung function has improved, helping him better manage his COPD. In fact, his specialist couldn’t believe the increase in his lung function. The best update of all? His doctor has extended his follow-up appointments from every 6 months to once a year. Proof that staying active can make a real difference. We’re so proud of you, Ted! 💙
