We had Professor Paul in Brazilian Jiu jitsu in the House of S.M.A.C. Working with our Junior and Senior belts this past Thursday.

Professor Paul comes into our club every couple of weeks to brush our students up in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, as Japanese Ju Jutsu and Brazilian jiu jitsu share the same common ancestry!

Fantastic time as always!

Just to add a little caveat, all these throws have recently been learned by the students.

None of these throws have been rehearsed, this is simply on the fly as I teach them. Requires me to stop pause and explain as I'm going through the motions.

At the end of the day, it's enough to just have a good time enjoying the passion that we all enjoy.
