🧠💪 Your neck isn’t the only place your nerves can tell a story.

Think of the brachial plexus as the body’s wiring hub, connecting the neck to the shoulder, arm, and hand. ⚡

This complex network of nerves helps control movement and sensation throughout the upper limb. What makes it fascinating is that a problem affecting one part of this network can cause symptoms far away from the original area, including:

⚡ Tingling or numbness
💪 Weakness
🔥 Electric-like pain
🖐️ Changes in sensation or movement

That’s why understanding patterns of strength and sensation can be just as important as identifying where pain is felt.

Anatomy gives us the map. 🧠
Understanding the nervous system helps us understand movement. 💪

🧬 One molecule. Three metabolic pathways.

Retatrutide is an investigational peptide designed to activate GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon receptors — making it a unique “triple agonist” currently being studied in clinical trials.

By targeting three pathways involved in appetite, blood sugar regulation, and energy metabolism, researchers are exploring whether this approach could influence metabolism in a more comprehensive way.

🔬 Fascinating science, but important context: retatrutide is still investigational, not approved, and its safety and effectiveness are still being studied.

Muscle growth isn’t a contest to see who can survive the most reps. What matters is giving the muscle a harder reason to adapt, then recovering enough to actually build.

Hard sets taken close to failure create the signal. Progressive overload keeps that signal from going stale.

Then protein, sleep, and months of consistency turn training stress into new tissue. More volume without recovery can just become more fatigue.

💪 Muscle growth isn’t about surviving endless reps. It’s about giving your muscles a reason to adapt.

Training hard creates the stimulus. Progressive overload keeps challenging your muscles so they have a reason to keep adapting.

But training is only part of the equation.

🥩 Protein provides the building blocks
😴 Sleep supports recovery
📈 Consistency turns weeks of training into long-term progress
🧘 Recovery helps you adapt instead of simply accumulating fatigue

More volume isn’t always better. The goal is to find the right balance between stimulus, recovery, and progression.

Train with purpose. Recover with intention. Build for the long term. 🔥

⭐️ Real feedback. Real experience.

After nearly two years of physio and chiropractic care for shoulder pain, this client shared that they weren’t seeing the results they hoped for.

Then they tried a 30-minute RAPID session with Andrea.

They reported feeling about 50% better after their first session, followed by a strength-focused workout to help rebuild and support their progress.

After returning for another RAPID treatment, they shared that they were experiencing very little pain and described the session as the “best 30 minutes ever.” 🙌

Their words say it best:

“Andrea is amazing. Highly recommend!! 10/10.” ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everyone’s experience is different, but we love hearing about the progress our clients are making. ❤️

🦷 The jaw muscle almost nobody checks…

If your jaw constantly feels tight, your neck feels like it’s doing too much, or one side of your face feels different, there’s a deeper muscle worth knowing about: the medial pterygoid.

Located deep within the jaw, this muscle plays an important role in jaw movement and chewing. Because of its location, it can be easy to overlook when exploring sources of jaw tension.

⚠️ If you’re working around the inside of your mouth, always use clean hands and never force pressure into an area that feels painful or uncomfortable.

Understanding the anatomy can be the first step toward understanding your movement. 🧠💪

👀 This stretch looks simple, but it can create a powerful feeling of release.

As the hips open, you may feel tension begin to ease through the hips, glutes, and lower back. The yellow pathways highlight how these areas are connected through the spine and sciatic pathway, helping you visualize the full-body effect of improved mobility. ⚡🧘‍♂️

If your hips or lower back feel tight, stiff, or restricted, this may be a great stretch to add to your mobility routine.

✨ Move better. Feel better. Keep your body moving.
