Let’s shred for summer! This $1 a day, 4 week challenge will help you get back into a routine so that you can look and feel your best as we head into the summer months! If you’ve been struggling, we want to help! Let’s team up to work for the healthy body you deserve!
If you want to do this challenge with a partner who isn’t a member, we have a special offer for them. For $49.99, they will get a 4 week membership, giving them access to all our bootcamp classes during the challenge.
Each week, members will have a certain number of classes that must be completed to earn points per team/individual.
You may participate solo or with 1 partner.
Teams of 2 will double the workload.
For example, if the number of classes for the week is 5, the team of 2 must complete a combined total of 10 classes. One team mate may do more than 5 classes to take pressure off the other.
Each new week starts on Monday and the team stats and weekly leaders will all be announced once scores are in.
This challenge will run on a points system.
There will be 3 tasks to complete each week for a maximum of 3 points. In addition, bonus points may be earned each week for the bonus task (30k step day for example). If you are a team of two, to get the bonus points, both of you will need to complete the task.

Challenge starts on Monday June 13th and will run until July 10th.
Sign-up will be at the front desk with Sam, He will be handing out your point tracking sheets and will be your main point of communication if you have any questions.
